Hi everyone, I'm Dario alias ChuckGnorris.
I live in Italy exactly in Rome, I am 28 years old and have always been a gaming lover.
Since my childhood I was passionate about video games and in my bed you would never have found a peluche but only a joypad.
I have always seen the game as an exaltation of the imagination, in fact when I turned on my first playstation I entered another world where no one could disconnect me.
After the playstation I switched to war games on the pc.
I met many people from all over the world, making many friends.
Over time I started building my first team on Warrock by also buying a server on TeamSpeak.
The desire to have new experiences was always greater so I started playing the games in ESL.
In a short time I was able to organize a team while the desire grew more and more.
The experience on Team Speak lasted 5 years, I met many people, I was part of many teams as team leader and the experience on the organization was very useful.

Later I moved to Discord totally different from Team Speak.
I used to play Call of Duty with my friends, and from there I wanted to expand my knowledge of Discord creating my first server in 2016.
I brought everyone I knew to Discord, and on my server I practiced as a moderator.
So I started to be a moderator in a comic server, and I was thrilled because I saw that the experience I had on my server made me appreciated by everyone.
This experience lasted 1 year, then, again for my desire for new things, I asked myself a question:

"I like gaming why not try to moderate a game server?"

It was Twitch time, so I started streaming by opening a streaming channel and started with a very well known game Rainbow Six Siege.
This new experience in streaming, and my experience as a moderator, paved the way for me to become the moderator of the most popular Italian server at the time, Rainbow Six Siege where I took care of the private lanes of the players.

I stayed there for about a year, then got contacted to moderate another Italian server,

that of Sea of Thieves.

I accepted the role and I have to admit that this was the greatest experience, because I got into the heart of real moderation.

Here my experience lasted a year and then I was hired to moderate a server

of a very famous game Valorant.

Here I was in charge of the streamer streams, but it was very tiring and took a long time as I had to create a great scheme and always keep the lists with the streamer schedules updated.

I stayed for about a year then, for a series of situations I decided to take a break.

I then discovered the world of Crypto and NFT and when I read that several important servers were being created for these projects, I told myself that I had all the requirements to be part of it and I therefore activated.
I immediately became part of a major MutantShibaClub project and was entrusted with the moderation of the Italian channel. I was also contacted by Sixth Reseau another French NFT project and I also operate there as a moderator.
It was time to build something new and with friends we met on the web we opened an

(Italian Alpha group)

called

D.I.O. Decentralized Italian Organization

which brings together many experts in this field and of which I am one of the

Co-Founder/Head team.
After about 6 years of experience in real moderation, much appreciated by everyone, I realize that it is not easy to be a moderator if you are not a precise, organized person.
My strength lies in the fact that when I decide to do something, I always do it in the best possible way with the final result in mind.
Great work is always appreciated and I am happy to receive continuous demonstrations of appreciation for my work both from the users of the servers and from the founders of the projects.
I can't call myself a moderation guru but I certainly have gained a lot of experience to be able to moderate on any server.

Experience is not what happens to us, but what we do, with what happens to us.

Ciao a tutti sono Dario alias ChuckGnorris.
Vivo in Italia esattamente a Roma, ho 28 anni e sono sempre stato un'amante del gaming.
Fin dalla mia infanzia ero appassionato di videogiochi e nel mio letto non avreste mai trovato un peluche ma solo joypad.
Ho sempre visto il gioco come una esaltazione della fantasia, infatti quando accesi la mia prima playstation entrai in un'altro mondo da dove nessuno poteva scollegarmi.
Dopo la playstation sono passato ai giochi di guerra sul pc.

Lì ho conosciuto moltissime persone da tutto il mondo stringendo tante amicizie.
Con il tempo ho iniziato a costruire il mio primo team su Warrock comprando anche un server su TeamSpeak.
La voglia di fare esperienze nuove era sempre più grande quindi ho inizato a giocare le partite in ESL.
In poco tempo sono riuscito ad organizzare un team mentre la voglia cresceva sempre di più.
L'esperienza su Team Speak è durata 5 anni, ho conosciuto moltissime persone, ho fatto parte di moltissimi team come capo squadra e l'esperienza sull'organizzazione mi è servita molto.

Successivamente mi sono trasferito su Discord totalmente diverso da Team Speak.
Con i miei amici giocavo su Call of Duty, e da lì ho voluto ampliare le mie conoscenze su Discord
creando il mio primo server nel 2016.
Portai in Discord tutti quelli che conoscevo, e sul mio server feci pratica di moderatore.
Iniziai cosi a fare il moderatore in un server di fumetti, ed ero entusiata perchè vedevo
che l’esperienza che avevo fatto sul mio server mi rendeva apprezzato da tutti.
Questa esperienza durò 1 anno, poi, sempre per la mia smania di cose nuove, mi feci una domanda:

"Mi piace il gaming perchè non provare a moderare un vero server?"

Era il periodo di Twitch, iniziai così a streammare aprendo un canale per lo streaming e iniziai con un gioco molto conosciuto Rainbow Six Siege.
Questa nuova esperienza nello streaming, e la mia esperienza da moderatore, mi spianarono la strada per diventare moderatore proprio del server italiano più in voga in quel momento, appunto Rainbow Six Siege dove mi occupavo delle LAN private dei giocatori.
Rimasi lì per circa un anno, poi venni contattato per moderare un'altro server ufficiale italiano, quello di Sea of Thieves.
Accettai il ruolo e devo ammettere che questa è stata la più grande esperienza, perchè sono entrato nel cuore della vera e propria moderazione.

Qui la mia esperienza durò un'anno e succesivamente venni preso per moderare un server di un gioco molto famoso Valorant.

Qui mi occupavo delle stream degli streamer, era pero’ molto stancante e richiedeva parecchio tempo in quanto dovevo crearmi un grande schema e tenere sempre aggionate le liste con gli orari degli streamer.
Finita la moderazione su Valorant
Rimasi per circa un anno poi, per una serie di situazioni decisi di prendermi una pausa.

Ho scoperto poi il mondo delle Crypto e degli NFT e quando ho letto che si stavano creando diversi server importanti per questi progetti, dissi a me stesso che avevo tutti i requisiti per farne parte e mi sono quindi attivato.
Sono subito entrato a far parte di un grande progetto MutantShibaClub e mi è stata affidata la moderazione del canale italiano.

Sono stato anche contattato da SixthRéseau un'altro progetto NFT francese e anche lì opero come moderatore.
Era il momento di costruire qualcosa di nuovo e con gli amici conosciuti nel web

abbiamo aperto un gruppo

(Alpha Italiano) denominato

D.I.O. Decentralized Italian Organization

che riunisce molti esperti in questo campo e di cui sono uno dei Co-Founder/Head team.
Dopo circa 6 anni di esperienza nella moderazione, molto apprezzata da tutti, mi rendo conto che non è facile fare il moderatore se non sei una una persona precisa, organizzata.
La mia forza sta nel fatto che quando decido di fare una cosa, la faccio sempre nel miglior modo possibile tenendo bene in mente il risultato finale.
Il grande lavoro viene sempre apprezzato e sono felice di ricevere continue dimostrazioni di apprezzamento del mio lavoro sia da parte dei membri di ogni server, che da parte dei founders dei progetti.
Non posso definirmi un guru della moderazione ma sicuramente ho acquisito una grande esperienza per poter moderare su qualsiasi server.

L’esperienza non e’ quello che ci accade, ma quello che ne facciamo di quello che ci accade.
